I would definitely not recommend this app for yoga teachers. The process of putting poses together in a sequence is excruciatingly difficult for how simple it should be.

Also during playback it will glitch and repeat over and over and over the same pose. Not cool when you’ve got a class of 40 people in front of you.

i paid for a months subscription it turns out there is no instruction on how to do each pose. you should change the still image and replace it with at least the drawing doing the movement

**Developer response:** Thanks so much for your feedback. Yes, this is just a yoga prompt app that we designed mainly for creating your own sequences, not a yoga instruction app. So we do recommend knowing a little yoga before using. Sorry that it wasn’t quite what you were hoping for.

I’ve been using this for a couple of days now and I’m really liking it. I like how they curated a morning and nighttime routine for me to do everyday if I want too and I like how I can make my own routine from the many different poses they have if I want too. Overall it’s a 10/10 app. Many things comes free to use.

I like to listen to podcast while I do my morning routine, this app is the only one I’ve found that lets me have the info and sound I need to shift positions while not messing with what I’m listening to. 
And I really love the fact that I can make a routine, fully custom with my own pics even, set each pose length and then even change the speed of the whole session quickly when I have less time that day. So many ways to adjust things and yet still very simple layout.

I love this app! I am able to create yoga classes with ease. I can even add in custom poses and determine how long to hold them. This is a great resource to start a daily yoga practice too. 

Question for the developer, the app is asking me to link an account but I’m not sure with what. How do I do this? Thank you!

Please add a final ding at the end of the session. I constantly need to look up to see if complete. Also, the goal setting should start from Monday-Sunday. I notice my Mondays sessions are never accounted. Starts from Tuesday. I enjoy the app and those minor changes are appreciated. Thanks
