예약 시간 변경도 어플로 편하게 처리하면 될 것을 굳이굳이 전화해야 하는데 연결에 걸리는 시간도 한세월이고, 중복 예약된 건이 어플에 계속 떠있어서 1개만 취소해달라고 했더니 약타러 가야되는 진료까지 취소시켜서 다시 세월아네월아 전화 연결해서 원복시켜달라 했더니 안된다는게 말이 되나요? 제가 취소한 자리 다시 잡아달라니까 이미 정원초과된 진료를 취소해서 절대 안 된다고 와서 말하라고 하네요 이런 게 대학병원 시스템 맞나요? 직원 실수로 환자 시간 날리게하고 환자 스트레스 유발시키는데 웃기네요

앱 버전 체크에 실패했다면서 어제까지 잘 쓰던 앱이 아예 먹통이 되었습니다. 환자 정보랑 병원 진료 예약 일정이 들어있어서 필수적으로 써야하는 앱이 이런식으로 튕기면 환자 입장에서 불편합니다. 어플에 대한 전반적인 점검이 필요해보입니다.

no content, 앱을 종료합니다라고 뜨고 
어플이 꺼집니다.  예약관리며 수납까지 하는데,
왜 이러죠? 다시 사용가능해지나요?

작년여름 부터 진료예약화면 에러있다고
병원측에도 몇번연락했는데 개선이 없습니다
아이폰인데 예약화면에서 메모창이 뜨고 메모창을
입력하고나면 완료버튼이 없어져 예약 완료를 할수가 없고
빠른예약기능도 서비스 시간이 아니라고 뜹니다

아이디 치고 비번 까지 치고 들어 갔더니 다른 사람 이름뜨고 휴면계정이라고 하고 아이디 찾기하면 안나와서 네이버에서 세브란스 해서 새로 가입해서 들어 가졌는데!!
앱에서는 로그인 하려니 아이디랑 비밀번호 일치 하지 않는다 하고 아이디 찾기 하면 없는 아이디라고 하고 하 진짜 몇시간을 이거하다가 보냈네요?? 관리를 안하시는건가요 오류 인가요

진료카드도 앱에 들어가있고 그동안 검사받았던 결과들 까지 볼 수 있어서 좋아요
진료 예약일 확인이나 예약 변경,취소도 어플로 할 수 있어서 편리합니다!!
