生体認証でログインするも、画面でぐるぐる🌀し始めてエラーの表示が。
OK押すとアプリが落ちる現象以降前に進みません。
ブラウザでマイページに入ってます。
iOSの最新バージョンでもダメでした👎使えません

手続きをしたいのにワンタイムパスワードが届かないためアプリ、WEBサイトともにログインできず(迷惑メール等の設定も見直した)、結局WEB上から手続きができなかったために手続きをはじめるまでに数日以上かかりました。仕様を改善してほしい

マイページを見たいだけなのに、不要な健康管理情報を入力させられる。肝心のマイページはワンタイムパスワードの送信画面とログイン画面の永遠ループ。
頼むからログインくらいさせてくれ。

ダウンロード→アイパスを入れてのログインまでしたが、その後ロード中のアイコンが出たまま、一向に使えるようにならない。
一瞬立ち上がった際に「端末側のメモリ不足」という表示が出たが、端末の性能上そんなことはない。
星1つにしたが、全く使用できないのでゼロにしたい。
立ち上がったとしても、歩数の連携などしない方が安全。
