Password expired due to 6 months and when tried to change pw the iPhone app and the browser accessible link was accepting the new PW I was trying to use but the system kept rejecting it without explanation. After several attempts and even a call with technical support where I spoke with Mr Vafiadis that could not help me either blaming the problem on cookies on my app and browser and scheduling a further special call with other tech support person, I accepted the new Pw proposed by the MyDei app and the problem was resolved. PLEASE fix the software that created the above problem that is accepting my new Pw that I used but then telling me there is a problem with my account forcing me to accept the app proposed Pw.
