## What is my1416?

My1416 is the official app of ILA Local 1416 — the hiring hall, in your pocket.

The chase list you already know, now on your phone. Add your name, see exactly
where you stand, and get a notification the moment the hall has work for you.
Stay ahead and grab opportunities as soon as they come up.

And the rest of the hall comes with it: the daily ship order, cruise ship
scheduling, union notices, training and your digital member card — one login,
everything in one place.

CHASE LIST
• Add your name to today's list in a few taps
• Watch your status change as the hall works the list
• See your entry's full history — every status, who moved it, how long it held
• Search and filter by name, position, seniority or status
• Pause, update or remove your entry whenever you need to

WORK ORDERS
• Today's and tomorrow's Daily Ship Order, straight from the hall
• Read it in the app, or download the PDF to keep

UNION NOTICES
• Dispatch alerts, monetary and meeting notices, safety bulletins and
  announcements
• Notices sent to you alone are marked "For you"
• Filter by date to find the one you're looking for
• Push notifications so nothing gets missed

CRUISE SHIP SCHEDULING
• See which ships are in, day by day or across the month

YOUR PROFILE
• Member card with your name, seniority and standing with the hall
• Scannable digital card carrying your employee number
• Upload your 'check on card' straight from your camera
• Keep your phone number current so the hall can reach you

ALSO INSIDE
• Training — videos and materials posted by the hall
• Dress code, always on hand
• Live vessel finder map, BB Pilot and Docking Report
• Local 1416 history, staff and photo gallery
• Contact the hall, and follow us between meetings

BUILT FOR THE WAY YOU WORK
• Sign in with Face ID or Touch ID instead of typing your pin
• Full light and dark mode, readable on deck or before sunrise
• Quick to open, easy one-handed, light on data

FOR MEMBERS OF ILA LOCAL 1416
