Our logs the past few days have been filled with dead zones of off duty which is a problem for us mostly because our employer pays us off how many hours of service we have left. I have been bombarded with service violations/warnings and my eld disconnecting saying I need to start a new eld session halfway through my day. My company hauls fuel and we service gas stations. The update expects us to be connected with the app open from the start of our day to the end instead of how it used to be where it could run in the background. This just isn’t possible for us because we’re constantly getting out of the truck, turning the truck off, walking away from it, and doing paperwork on different apps. I really don’t understand why they changed this ### 3/5 — Needs help seriously *2026-03-29, version 26.3.1.1* Was 9 star elog before this latest update. Now it’s a one star at best. 3 star rating is because of past performance not present. ### 2/5 — Not user friendly *2024-05-27* I was a fan off the old version of this app. The newest update has too many steps and is not user friendly. Go back to the old version, it was easy to understand and you could access every thing needed with one simple click. Once activated, it sets a GPS based, 150-air mile radius geofence. Once set, EVERYTHING is automatic. Cross the geofence boundary in either direction and your duty status is changed automatically. Very easy to validate your AG status with an officer on a map on the Drive tab of the app. If your are an AG hauler, don’t settle for anything less than the best, the MY20 ELD! **Developer response:** Major Tom59, Thank you so much for your review. It seams like once this company gets your subscription fees you lose every bit of their attention and have to navigate a glitched app with several bugs. I’m definitely looking elsewhere for my next ELD ### 1/5 — Told me my wrong *2025-02-28, version 25.1.1* I put all my info in and then I hit enter it says invalid phones number so I tried to fix it. Multiple time I think I know what my phone number is I know cell phone have made us all stupid and not remember phone number and not spell anymore ### 1/5 — Zero stars! *2024-07-02* If I could give it zero stars I would. This is by far the worst ELD app on the market: each update it has more bugs than the last update. If you like broken apps that never work correctly not properly save your status. Then this is the app for you. I’m currently keeping a manual log because I don’t have time to fool with this. I need to keep moving. ### 1/5 — Trash! *2023-09-15* The absolute worst app I have ever seen for electronic logging. I have absolutely no idea how it can get a 4.5 stars. They probably paid for fake reviews if you have the font to large you can’t see everything. Modify anything. Good luck with that! How the DOT allows this app is beyond me! Trucker path cheesy electronic logging app is better than this garbage! Or use garmin fleet it works with out any problem and isn’t connected to your stupid phone. This app also drains the battery at 60% in 3hrs and heats the phone up. So do yourself a favor and look for a better way of electronic logging. Of all the electronics I use on a day to day basis, My20 has been the best. The units, I have 2, work well and when they don’t, I get prompt service from the folks at My20. The technician Chris is the best tech guy I’ve ever dealt with. He diagnosed and fixed my issues once, while I was 2000 miles from home.
