This is the worst user experience I have had recently. I can’t even find the web pages that they point to in the instructions. L’appelle dévie sur le Smartphone EN VIDÉO-call de l’entrepreneur (jusque là, c’est faisable OK). 🎯 1- ce serait Top que l’entrepreneur puisse renvoyer l’appelle vers l’ouvrier ( exemple : pour que l’ouvrier s’organise en direct avec le client pour fixer une dans la journée). 🎯 2- Que chaque appelle passe par un système d’enregistrement sur un disque dure externe … ### 3/5 — Average *2026-01-17, version 4.4.0* It is reliable as an intercom. Hardly ever goes down. But the camera and video app is not very useful and I need to augment it with Google Nest which has all the modern features you’d expect. For the cost, I’d like this system to have a better way to search footage, a history of access, facial recognition and other basic features. ### 3/5 — Upgrade - Not So Much *2025-11-11, version 4.2.1* Since the upgrade, I now have to hang up on the person when they initially call (can’t see or hear them, but they can hear me) and tell them I will be with them shortly. Have to go to my app and call that suite and can now hear & see them. Identify the person and unlock the door that way. Not as user friendly as it used to be! ### 2/5 — Broken after update *2025-11-02, version 4.2.0* The app generally works but in our apartment building, every time there is an update something breaks. After the last update the lift release doesn’t work and the car park boom gate doesn’t open. I’m in a wheelchair and not being able to let care workers in is a major issue. Unlike Tesla or CarKey, I always need to open the app first. I end up missing people ringing the door because there is no way to know when the app logs out. I have to manually open the app and log in again. The app used to ring full-screen with an incoming call whenever someone called from the gate, making it almost impossible to miss. Now I only get a silent banner notification. If I don’t happen to see it immediately, I miss the call completely, and have no idea someone is standing outside trying to reach me. The release notes also mention Apple Watch functionality, but my Apple Watch has never received gate call notifications or rung when someone calls. This would be an incredibly useful feature if it actually worked. I’ve contacted support and only received generic troubleshooting steps, despite another recent App Store review describing exactly the same issue. This is clearly a bug introduced in a recent update, not a problem with my phone settings. Please restore proper full-screen incoming call notifications with sound and implement working Apple Watch alerts. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work properly *2025-12-10, version 4.3.1* This app worked relatively well for the most part until recently when iOS 26 was released. I now only get one ring and it disappears - I’m missing frequent calls at the gate. Customer service used to be very proactive but has been no help in resolving this to date and seem to blame Apple.
