So plans, handset prices, etc. are all in HK$. Can’t even find my home broadband account… Both phone accounts are there (if you look hard). Really bad app to go with a really bad network. I only wanted to logon so I can cancel my accounts (as it appears staff in the Three shop can’t cancel accounts - they can upgrade you or sell you a new one though…) ### 1/5 — Appalling app *2026-07-21* When you buy a 5g hub it tells you to download this app to configure and find the best signal spot etc, the qr code takes you to a different thee app while the instructions tell you to download this one. This apps ui is nightmarishly clunky and confusing, still haven’t figured out how to access the signal test. I’m not surprised to be honest, the router arriving incorrectly configured should have been the first omen for what was to come, very poor experience just like most things three dabbles in. ### 1/5 — This isn’t useful at all *2026-06-08* This has to be the worst app ever made.
