This app does not work . Do not recommend

This app is simply unusable.  The text is often almost the same exact color as the background, trying to add a request brings me to a screen with someone else’s issue and doesn’t allow me to add a new one, and the app crashed 3 times with two of those times completely freezing my entire phone and requiring a hard reset. 

This app is pure garbage. The city of Mobile got ripped off paying for this.

Have tried 6 times to get the app to send me an email so that my address can be verified. No luck. The Village of Wilmette should look for a different 311 partner.

Download the app, go through the introduction then you can pic your city and you can’t access the app. Useless waste of time.

I went through this app 5 times. Each time it lets you click on each screen to answer the question. When the last screen asks for the city it closes without letting you type in the city. So frustrating.
