Portfolios don’t update. Multiple requests for help falls on deaf ears! Can’t believe that Standard Bank can be happy to have an app without name attached to it that doesn’t work properly! ### 1/5 — Accounts no longer appear on the app *2025-03-05, version 1.27.0* Some accounts no longer appear on the app. Why? ### 1/5 — Does not link to my Alexander Forbes portfolio *2024-10-08, version 1.26.0* Tried many times. Won’t allow me to add Alexander Forbes link to my portfolio ### 2/5 — Linking Accounts *2024-05-07, version 1.24.0* I have to relink my Sygnia and 10X accounts every time I log back in. Except that I cannot link certain institution accounts (PPS, Momentum) and the ones I can link (Alexander Forbes, ETFSA, Nedbank) link initially, but thereafter do not update or update sporadically - sometimes weeks between updates.
