Portfolios don’t update. Multiple requests for help falls on deaf ears! Can’t believe that Standard Bank can be happy to have an app without name attached to it that doesn’t work properly! ### 2/5 — Linking Accounts *2024-05-07, version 1.24.0* I have to relink my Sygnia and 10X accounts every time I log back in. Except that I cannot link certain institution accounts (PPS, Momentum) and the ones I can link (Alexander Forbes, ETFSA, Nedbank) link initially, but thereafter do not update or update sporadically - sometimes weeks between updates. Assets Liabilities Spending tracking & patters ### 1/5 — Doesn't Work *2020-11-13, version 1.6.0* I received an SMS from Standard Bank urging me to try their app. Unfortunately I receive an error like "Remote host forcibly closed the connection" whenever trying to link an account at another institution. I received a differently worded error at each of three different fund managers. But with this baby right here I’m verily beyond impressed. Well done to the team that created this app and for making life so much easier. Secondly; the user interface is incredible and a whole lot more of which I can go on till the sun rises. I’ve recommended Standard Bank to my friends and family, and this one is something every Standard Bank banker should have - so my friends and family will definitely have it as well.
