Use there support Ai tool when asking questions. It helps you by spitting out the answers quick and straight to the point. Also, check our their knowledge base articles. Very informative on how to really use the app to the fullest. They helped me find a warehouse I needed with their connections. They are not just an app company, they run a huge operation when it comes to shipping local and international. So if you ask for the right person through support. You'll get some solid leads and connections. You won't regret.
