They had a great app; they’ve replaced it and now it’s so much worse. Trivia winnings don’t make it to the account for multiple weeks. Multiple people in our trivia group lost credits in the migration and a few of us can’t open the app anymore with old credentials. You also can’t do partial redemptions - your points pay for your total check or servers have to pull items off and bill them separately. Even with split checks, it gets messed up. So one guy lost $157 in redemption points because the app applied it against the full group bill when he meant to use $30 for his own check; they still billed everyone else individually. So we double paid. Their staff has tried to help but all they can do is point us to corporate who doesn’t respond. Trying to work with a few of the bar managers to get stuff straightened out, they’re doing their best but they don’t control the app. 4C Restaurants are great, this app is not.

“News and Offers” text is too small to read and there is no option to zoom in.  The app only covers Chicago area locations, not living in Chicago makes this app unusable for me.

Kevin, Lauren, Nancy gave excellent service! Lauren went out of her way to accommodate my party! She check on us at 15 times in the last hour! This is a brunch place for every Sunday ! I highly recommend it!! Kevin and Nancy were so gracious!! Thank you for an EXCELLENT 10 Stars Experience! Special thanks to Lauren for being so warm, friendly, and hardworking!. Leah was the best and most personable bartender here today! Warm, friendly and funny

My wife and I live across the street and watched the bar being built, we ate there opening night and have been weekly dinners ever since.  The mangers and all the staff know us by name and make us feel like a part of the WestEnd family.
