Very disappointing that this is broken again. No notification for bin collections tomorrow. App says it needs my address (again!) in the Settings. Open the page and my address is there. 

Says that No Collections to Show. Check address. Round and round in circles. 

Very poor update, as was 3.0.35. This App is going backwards. 

Please fix it.

As an employee of Aberdeenshire Council being a school teacher I thought this app would be a benefit to have during the storms. Wrong. Can’t even use it as claims my postcode isn’t in the shire. This was my last hope to keep up to date with school closures - when the power goes here we don’t have access to internet/phone signal/4G for days. This would make my morning easier when on the hunt for some signal and some normality.

Most other options are portals to web or other apps so IMHO not that useful.

I primarily wanted it for bin reminders but have now used it for a variety of services and information: libraries, recycling, school closures and local events.

This provides really useful information for Aberdeenshire residents - parents can get up-to-date information about schools, and everyone can get information regarding bin collections, including notifications!

Your support section isn’t working, when you touch it on your phone, it won’t scroll down to view all your support pages.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. 

The Support function allows users to send support queries regarding various issues - the list is alphabetical (except 'Mobile App' at the top of the list) and runs from 'Business' to 'Waste'. There whitespace below 'Waste' though.

Ignore my last comment, I am in Aberdeen, the App only recognised Aberdeenshire post codes :-)

Initially the app didn’t recognise my postcode. Couldn’t do anything with it after I clicked ‚i do this later‘. Just showed a blank screen.

After restarting phone and app it allowed me to amend address and I could access the services.

App seems alright, shows services and allows to report issues - okay.
