The old app for CKSA was much better - it’s completely unacceptable that you cannot adjust the text size. One star for accessibility. It should be able to be adjusted within the app and not require changing system iOS text settings. ### 1/5 — Unreliable log in *2025-10-02* Most of the time it won’t open for me, end up login in from the browser ### 1/5 — Broken *2025-08-09* I have been using this app for years to do the quarterly CKSA questions but now all I get is an error: “Unexpected server error occurred. Please try again.” Trying again just gives the same error. 🤦🏻‍♀️ **Developer response:** I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue. We have replaced the quarterly CKSA app that you had previously used with this MyABFM app that has your portfolio and the CKSA platform inside of a single interface. ### 1/5 — Text minuscule *2025-07-07* The old CKSA app was simple but worked reliably AND I could see it. This replacement does have more features, but what good does it do me if the text is so tiny it is illegible? I contacted Customer Service and was told to adjust my devices’ font. I’d already tried that, this is across devices, and it is ONLY THIS APP! I don’t want to get a magnifier out every time I want to use this app. It’s not rocket science. Either make the font bigger or make the app respond to the iPhone’s own font adjustment. **Developer response:** Thank you for this report. We are adjusting the font family to be the default phone font and will then adjust the font size according to your system settings on your device. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t open past landing screen *2025-06-19* See above ### 1/5 — Keeps getting error when trying to access CKSA questions *2025-06-18* After this app was released I started the questions for quarterly cksa. Then all of a sudden it said I don’t have access. Daily emails to support and they claim they don’t see my screenshots of the error. Really? Couldn’t have tested the UI before releasing this?? ### 1/5 — Print is too small *2025-06-18* I miss the old app. I was able to review questions “on the go”. The new app has a very small print that is very hard to see🥲 **Developer response:** Thank you for this report.
