Online banking is feels like hitting your head on the wall. Branch said they needed my UK address which I provided and now it’s been a day waiting for the account to be activated , apparently the head office has got “long queue” and I can only send money in and not take it out. If it’s working smoothly it’s okay , if you have something to be done from head office then you have to spend lifetime to sort it out. Very abysmal and pathetic service , no customer service at all. Branch keeps putting every hint go.
