Onlayn bankçılıqda tanıdığım ən geridə qalmış bankdır. Onlayn dəstək almaq üçün məcbur qalıb vatsapa yazırsan. 18:00dan sonra operator yoxdur. Mesaj yazırsan ki, bəlkə iş saatlarlnda geridönüş etsinlər, o da yoxdur. Əmanət hesabına pul köçürürsən yarısı köçür, yarısı yox. Bir sözlə dəhşət! Nə çətindir app daxilində dəstək xidməti yaratmaq?

Полностью согласен с предыдущим отзывом. Приложение просто ужасное. В сравнение вообще не идет с такими как Капитал и Yelo. Не знаю кто создавал его но это чистой воды халтура, позор да и только выпустить 2 приложения, и оба просто не пригодны для использования!

Это наверно самое отвратительное, неудобное и ужасное приложение для мобильного банкинга что я видел. Перевод с карты на карту не проходит постоянно выдает ошибку. Грузится очень долго. Зачем то просит добавить карту в систему ради одного перевода который и тот не проходит. Приложение просто ужас, что первое что второе.
