But, this app for some reason does not like to import passwords from the Password app, plus it also nine times out of ten chokes when I try to copy-paste in the app more manually. The app is built cheaply and glitches are not fixed. It’s so convenient I wish everything had this option. It would be nice if there were more options to do certain things. Such as resources and assistance. It’s great for the basics but it’d be nice to see them improve it by adding more information. Like HOW to get the documents they want. Or maybe an updated waiting time for the phone lines like they do for cost cutters and maybe make a way to put your number in line so they call you when it’s your turn because sometimes for homeless people there isn’t always the luxury of being able to wait on hold for over an hour to talk to someone as we don’t have access to chargers for battery or have the minutes. Maybe some updated lists for food pantries or shelters or just resources in general.
