MyAccount+ is the quickest and easiest way for ForHousing tenants to manage their tenancy digitally. It will run alongside the current My Account section of the website, giving increased control over your tenancy and ease of use on the go. Please note you will need your tenancy number to register. If you reset your password they send you a temporary password which doesn't work. They do not respond to emails. Deleting the app and reinstalling doesn't help. Even when it is working there's really nothing worth using it for beyond reporting repairs or checking your rent balance. If you use it to report repairs you cannot see any of the information that you've submitted, only the log made by ForHousing which doesn't fit on the screen so you cannot see all the information. There is duplicates of jobs and it's very confusing. Most of the links in the app just launch webpages externally.
