It picks doctor’s offices nowhere near your location and won’t let you just get an appointment with anyone. I was rudely accosted by a nurse for entering the waiting room “too early” my appointment was for 8:15 and I arrived at 7:50 and no staff was present including the security guard who should have told me to wait outside of the office area. In brief, I also requested that the PCP office provide me my graduate school’s physical forms in a timely manner and here it is over 3 weeks later (I was told originally that it would take 7-10 days) that was March 27th and the office still hasn’t filled out the forms or faxed it to the school as I requested and they stated that they would. It is now April 24th and the physical forms are still pending, as in, the nurses have not filled out the forms and the doctor has not signed the forms, and it is well over 10 days!
