When I got to the 6th one it created some concerning effects. Flexing my knees for the dips caused a strong lightheaded reaction. There is no guidance or suggestion about where to go or what to do and how to earn your credits to save money on your health insurance costs. This seems simple enough for the app to do, but it can’t complete the task. You have to check in every day to earn hearts. And now nit even earning any hearts when you check in. Feels like wellness dividend benefits are being cut and intentionally making the program difficult to earn points so employees would not notice! ### 1/5 — Update loop *2026-06-21, version 1.14.1* I was loving this app until today. Today it tells me I have to update the app. I tap update, takes me to the App Store, the only option is “open”. I tap it anyway, it takes me back to the app, which tells me I have to update. No option to do it at a later time. I reboot my iPad (which I’ve had for about a month, so it’s the latest OS). Still have to update. Tap the button, finally, instead of “open” it says “get”. I tap ”get”; which does ‘something’ 🤷‍♀️, and when I open the app, I am right back in the update/open/update/open loop hell still. I will try rebooting once more, but I don’t have the time or patience for this. It gave me interests I never signed up for. But, I could deal with that. I liked the exercise check in. Now, I tried logging in and it says I need to update app. I tried, and it didn’t so I deleted app and reinstalled it. Now I can’t even get in at all because it wants me to update. I’m like caught in a quagmire on it. ### 1/5 — Terrible app. *2026-06-21, version 1.14.1* This never works. The sync with Apple update doesn’t work, the tech support button doesn’t work, the completed activities sit for almost a year and never get marked as complete. Wish it had reminders of when one will start and to remind me to log my daily status.
