## What is MyAdjustiMate?

Imagine you are an assessor or an adjuster working for an insurance company deployed to an hurricane ravaged part of the country. Your job is to record the conditions of the site, mostly buildings - residential and commercial, assess the damage and report back the inspections in a formatted manner to the insurance company.

Each site could take about an hour to fully inspect - take relevant pictures of the site, note down particulars of the damage, etc., What kind of tool do you think you would need to efficiently collect all the information about the site? Enter "myAdjustiMate" app.

You see, today, without this specialized app, inspectors would rely solely on their device cameras to take pictures of the site and as we all know, the camera stores all the files in a roll sorted by time with file names that's not human readable. "myAdjustiMate" app solves all that problem by archiving pictures that the inspectors take in a manner that is easy and super efficient to be directly uploaded to reporting softwares such as Xactimate, etc.,

"myAdjustiMate" was designed by and built for inspectors specifically to effectively navigate through all parts of the site with a unique user interface that allows you to work with one hand while keeping the other hand free to hold onto a ladder on the job or something. "myAdjustiMate" app sorts pictures based on priorities, archives pictures in logical folders, names the pictures with human readable appropriate file names and provides damage annotation capabilities. And if you forgot to take one more picture of a certain location of the site, then don't worry - you gave back and take that picture and the app will intelligently archive it in the right folder than pushing to the end of camera roll.

The best part of "myAdjustiMate" app is that transferring files from your mobile device to the report generation software is a breeze and thus saving you time and money. You could literally get a report with 100+ pictures done and submitted in less than 10 minutes which could otherwise take 40 to 50 minutes.

Trial the app for FREE. The first few (3 to 5) projects are on us until you get the hang of it. Then you could purchase 5 projects at a time for just $4.99 if you need more. Pay as you go. No long term commitment needed.

### 1/5 — So disappointed

*2024-10-22, version 9.4 (51)*

App does not work. Emailed for help
 Totally ignored

### 4/5 — So far so good

*2022-12-13, version 9.2 (47)*

I have use this app for two inspections so far, and so far it has worked fairly good. I love the concept. One request I have for development is to allow the use of all the cameras on my iPad. Currently only the main camera is able to be used and for my overview shots I would like to use the wide angle lens. In fact the entire reason I upgraded to the new iPad Pro is so that I would have the wide angle feature, however the myAdjustiMate app does not let me zoom out to .5x.

### 1/5 — No time stamp no cloud options

*2022-11-27, version 9.0*

The only cloud option was Dropbox but the integration has been broken for over 18 months now. Any plans to fix this ??? Connecting a cable to the phone seems so dated now. Please bring this feature back. Oh and a time stamps option

### 1/5 — Unable to pull all my photos

*2022-01-30, version 9.0*

I can only pull over about 15 of my 150 photos. This is my first time trying to use the app, but I can not say that I am happy. It appears that I am labeling all my photos.

### 3/5 — No time stamp or project name on app

*2021-12-31, version 9.0*

Just downloaded and do not have those options on the app

### 1/5 — Crashes

*2021-01-30, version 7.7*

App crashes when selecting Dropbox settings!

### 1/5 — Promises

*2021-01-27, version 7.7*

I have a iPhone 12 and can’t use the app at all because can’t see the Dropbox settings. The app worked fine on my 10x Max. Developer promised back in November that a fix would be coming in late December or early January and there is nothing yet. Seems like a simple fix so if you are an adjuster and have a iPhone 12 don’t use this app.

### 5/5 — Great tool

*2018-12-18, version 3.3.1*

This app not just save time but with it interactive menu it helps not to miss a single shot on inspection. The lablening and soting functions are awesome. Love it!!!

### 5/5 — Inspection time saver

*2018-08-28, version 1.1.0*

What I like about this app is that it labels photos for me and I don’t have to rename them later after I upload photos to PC and transfer it to xactimate.
All photos are already properly named and I save a lot of time “off the field”.
If you multiply an average 15-20 minutes saved on one inspection at the end of the day (4-5 inspections) you save close to 2 hours. It is crucial for independent adjuster like myself as I am able to process larger volume of claims during deployment
