And when you tell them to stop taking payment out of your bank they don’t you will have to change your bank card. This is the worst business out there and to do this to people on a fixed income adt should be ashamed of themselves smh garbage people **Developer response:** Hello. We was able to figure it out and get down to the bottom of it. You guys are the best home security ever, I think God for blessing all of you. Good job everyone you are well appreciate it. We're so happy to hear that you love the system! ### 3/5 — Login error *2023-02-21, version 3.5.0* The app is giving me authorization error when i try to login from my iPad despite having the correct email and password. However when I used the MyADT app on my phone I have no issues. What is going on with the IPad version of MyADT. ### 2/5 — Login Isn’t Working *2023-02-19, version 3.5.0* It’s so frustrating! I’m trying to pay a bill and keep getting an error message when I try to login. The app will let me change my password but continues to tell me that my login information is incorrect. Furthermore, I can’t pay online because of the “authorization error” that keeps popping up there. Ya’ll need to get it together. ### 2/5 — ADT company has been a disappointment to me! *2023-01-04, version 3.5.0* ADT has been a great disappointment for me! I have been with these people for 19 years! And they did me an injustice! They took from my bank account twice without permission nearly $300! Which put me in the red in my account, which THE BANK charged me. And to this day they have not satisfied their obligation. If you chose ADT for a alarm service, please be very careful and listen to what they say have them to repeat it several times. I want it fixed and fixed correctly.. we have had your guys install boosters etc and it doesn’t seem to work properly VR Scott Nicholson 101 Kingsfield Ct ### 1/5 — Don’t do reoccurring billing *2022-11-11, version 3.5.0* Made the mistake of getting this service when we moved into our new house.. signed a 3 year contract and started doing reoccurring billing.. after a year of doing it I decided to stop letting them charge my credit card and removed it. They have charged my credit card for the past 4 months without my permission.. this seems to be a common thing with this company they will keep charging a card even when you take the card off.. one year and 7 months can’t go fast enough. Have already started looking at other companies to go with once my contract is up.. also too they just upped my bill even though I signed a contract for a set price for 3 years but you call customer service to sit on hold and get told you will get a call back 90 minutes.. thank god it’s not an emergency because your house will completely robbed before you can talk to anyone.. **Developer response:** Please contact us at 1 800 238 2727 when you have a moment. Provides exactly what u need w/o providing unnecessary information. Def. takes the place out of having to use the website. ### 1/5 — Payment issues *2022-09-30, version 3.5.0* Would be a very useful app if they fixed the billing issues. Doesn’t matter what card I use Credit or Debit it gives me an error saying “The date chosen is in the past” it also doesn’t matter if I change the date for it to process. It also will not allow me to add a bank account I’ve tried different ways and accounts. I’ve already called their customer service the last time this happened and they were at a loss but found a difficult way to get it to work over the phone.
