Neither the web portal nor the app allow you to scroll on page. I’m unable to send a message to my doctor or read messages from my doctor. Multiple reports of this issue... no action to fix it after more than 6 months. This isn’t difficult to understand, it never did this before. I wish that they would have just stuck with MyChart!!! It is a much smoother running app with all the features you would need. ### 1/5 — App has great information but scrolling bug *2020-11-10, version 102.0.1* This app is great and I have my account linked with my health app which helps me access my information since I can’t scroll to see it on the app. This compromised method doesn’t really help though since I can’t see medication information, appointment information, visit summaries, etc. Please fix this. I have to log on through web site. ### 1/5 — Healthcare Providers Don’t Use It *2024-01-09, version 102.1.18* Yes, you can see your test results here, but there are numerous functions that are useless because the doctors and clinics never use the app. I have sent multiple messages to multiple doctors on the app, and they are never read and are eventually deleted. The doctors’ offices have all said, “Just contact us by phone.” But that defeats the purpose of having the scheduling and messaging functions in the first place. It would be great if it worked like MyChart where you could actually communicate with your doctors. It’s so frustrating I’m considering switching providers to a system that uses MyChart. ### 1/5 — Upgrade to OS IS a total downer *2021-01-04, version 102.0.1* I don’t know if it’s because I got the OS, but I can’t even get inside not even to do face recognition for iPhone. It’s really bad even before it, it was normal but now I can’t even get inside the app. Not cool. It operates the same on the website. The hospital IT guy told me to use Microsoft Edge as a browser, tried that but still no luck on the website using MS Edge. I even tried a virtual visit on my phone. They responded and the problem was fixed. The app now does (at least for what I need) everything I want from it.
