App is easy to use. ### 5/5 — Face ID works and shows what I need to see *2023-03-01* It feels secure with 2-factor login, they make it easy with Face ID (which worked fine for me) and it shows everything I need to know about my account at a glance. Easy to upload a doc to the vault from my phone (easier and safer than scan/email). No verification code received. ### 3/5 — Request improvements *2021-07-21* There are two things I’ve noticed that are degrading the experience. The first is, every time I use the app I have to provide my password. This wouldn’t be too big of a deal, but the password is auto generated so I don’t know it and I have to search for yhlsoft or whatever the site’s URL is to get the password from apple’s password manager. Can you make t so that it can find the password more easily? Another benefit would be to allow for the biometrics to validate every time instead of always providing a password. Second, I was trying to review some documents in the vault this morning on my iPad, but once I opened the document, I couldn’t figure out how to close the document and open a new one. This forced me to kill the app and reopen it which brings me back to the password entry.
