## What is MyAdvocate Smoker Recovery?

MyAdvocate for Smoker Recovery is an AI-powered tracking app and symptom diary to help support your efforts to quit smoking. It helps motivate users to monitor their progress and stay on track in their efforts to quit and can be used in any combination with any other cessation products or approaches. A symptom diary can help you track symptoms that may crop up when you’re quitting smoking. As your symptoms disappear over time, the diary will show how far along in recovery you are. Quitting smoking is hard, so we encourage everyone to use all the tools at their disposal – and remember that quitting often takes more than one try. This app does not diagnose or treat any disease or condition, but it can track your progress against some of its symptoms.
