## What is MyAdvocate Vape Recovery?

MyAdvocate for Vape Recovery is an AI-powered tracking app and symptom diary to help support your efforts to quit. It can be used in combination with any other cessation products or approaches, and helps motivate users to monitor their progress and stay on track. The symptom diary provides a fast, easy way to track bothersome symptoms that can show up once you’ve quit, and show you how far you’ve come as your symptoms disappear over time. Quitting is hard, so we encourage everyone to use all the tools at their disposal, and remember that we believe in progress, not perfection. This mobile tracker does not diagnose, cure, treat, or prevent any disease or condition.
