Why is this App logging me out every couple of weeks?? It’s an App…it’s not a desktop site. There’s absolutely no reason for this to be happening…it’s obnoxious enough to make me want to cancel my policies. ### 2/5 — Updated needed. *2026-05-02, version 26.11.0* App is easy to navigate, but would be hopeful if more information is needed that it would specify. App hasn’t been updated in over a year..app is in desperate need of an update and overhaul. ### 1/5 — Stay away! I was on the phone with an employee, and they even said you can't believe what's on the website. Everything is out of date for me. Says I've been a member since 2024. Which I have not. The virtual chatbot says to go somewhere, and that option doesn't exist. Claims don't get updated, and you get no emails. You have to call them to get any updates. You also can't view your policy. You have to call and request a paper copy. It's been almost a month, and I still haven't gotten it. There's also no automatic claim. I've had other supplemental insurance, like Aetna, and they automatically file a claim. ### 1/5 — Filing claim *2026-01-21, version 26.11.0* It’s extremely difficult to understand what documents are needed to file a claim and seems to be impossible to reach your assigned agent I’ve uploaded all my medical documents and have been trying to speak to my agent for 2 weeks now all I get is either a brief text saying I’ll be contacted before the end of the day which never happens or a text telling me to fill out more paperwork for information that I already submitted and then to to top it all off when they have no more stalling tactics the pass me off to someone else who’s claiming to be assisting my agent and starts off by emailing me paperwork that not only has the previous person already gave me but once again I’ve already submitted all the information that’s be asked on theses forms ### 1/5 — Waste *2025-11-17, version 26.11.0* As a waste of time, waste of money, waste of effort just a complete waste there is no point of having the app all claims get denied and you cannot even see your documents at all. ### 1/5 — App isn’t working with iOS 26 *2025-09-10, version 26.11.0* Fix ### 1/5 — Never works! *2025-09-04, version 26.11.0* It’ll let me out my user and pass in but it ALWAYS says something is wrong on their end. When you put in a claim, it will tell you it’s in review or closed but won’t tell you anything else. I was missing a particular form but I was supposed to guess because they send a letter out through regular mail. You can’t upload documents to your claim, you are forced to send it to an email that takes another week for someone to upload the documents to your claim. Alfac doesn’t even let you know or confirm they receive the documents. ### 2/5 — Bad app *2025-04-02, version 26.11.0* App will not open despite how many times it verifies my credentials and then eventually does open up and says oops problem working on it go back. I’ve tried for two days straight. It is a horrible app. It doesn’t work. To date, it has paid almost $48,000. They will remind you annually to send in your claim and when paying for claims, will add remarks to claims telling me not to forget to submit another claim for a Dr’s visit to have stitches removed. We also have a separate Accident policy with Aetna and I’m still waiting 2 months later for them to pay and they have direct access to my health insurance so they see everything that is billed. But Aflac always pays in a week or less for me as long as I turn in the items they require to pay. I LOVE AFLAC. Another bonus is that I’m still locked into the same monthly rate since 2007. I’m grateful that they’ve never canceled us. ### 5/5 — My Breast Cancer Journey……. I was diagnosed with breast cancer *2024-04-23, version 26.7.4* I was not upset in hearing the news, I wanted to know what are we going to do about it. In the next few weeks I went through mammograms, sonograms and was diagnosed as having Invasive Ductal Carcinoma in the right breast. As I was preparing to start on this journey, I prayed and prayed and I asked God to walk with me through this and he did. I prayed that everything would be alright. I went to my Aflac cancer policy that I had signed up for. I remember my agent said to me , Brenda you may never use this , but we never know what is in the future. That was in 2011 when I signed up and I am glad I did. Aflac has been wonderful in working with me through this. I have been through my surgery, my Kemo and Radiation. It has been a year since my diagnosis and I continue to do all of my follow ups. To be a member of Aflac was a great investment. I appreciate all of what Aflac has done for me and is still doing . I am still on my Journey and I thank God every day as I walk in my Spiritual journey with him. My first claim with Aflac was bumpy, however, I had the privilege to work with these two individuals and through many calls and communication back and forth with Coroprate it was resolved. Originally I was only going to sign up for the cancer coverage.. but I am very happy I signed up for both! I went to the store with my son to pick up some things for the house. As we were strolling through the store I ended up slipping, and hit my head on their concrete floor. I ended up going to the hospital ( for the first time in years.) The hospital did a cat scan, and I just had a concussion. However the cat scan was very expensive! And Aflac is sending me $480 which will knock my bill down a ton! Not to mention.. my coverage started on 4/1, and I fell on 4/1. I was worried that Aflac was going to cancel me, but I was pleased to find out that they are still standing behind me. Thank you Aflac team for your support, I’m a new life long member! ### 5/5 — Aflac Cancer Policy *2021-10-15, version 24.3.0* I retired from the Oilfield in Alaska to find out four days later I had Melanoma Cancer. I had a Aflac Cancer Policy for 17 years at the company I worked before retirement.I forgot until the companies Payroll and Benefits specialist reminded me of the policy. I also have a Specified event policy to include Heart Attack & Stroke My policies are still current. The money I received fro the policy was unbelievable and helped out that me and my fiancé got to spend some time on Maui for Sunshine and Beach therapy. I would recommend Aflac to anyone. That was two weeks ago why haven’t some one please get the info they so I can get my money please help I’m very upset because I was promised that if I got the consent form that my insurance would contact them as soon as possible seeing that I’m a repeat customer but NO IM waiting and my bills are piling up . I do not understand why y’all would tell me on A records line that I need a consent form so u can contact my employers office and due to corona and my current injury it’s very difficult to get to my main office so please some one help me my agent hasn’t picked up one call or call back in two months this is so unprofessional I’m at my limit! ### 5/5 — Aflac Review *2021-07-23, version 24.3.0* I can’t express enough of my gratitude and appreciation for Aflac. Never have I been so satisfied with a form of insurance. I have had issues with past insurance companies, where the stress of covering the accident claim was worse than the injury itself. Aflac has truly taken recovery stress out of the equation. I have spoke highly to friends and family on the service and protection Aflac provides. I will continue to do so.
