But after that first try it freezes, it won’t let you do anything. I have deleted the app and cleared any issues on my iPhone. I reinstalled the app, again and the same issues repeat with nothing works on the app. What is the main issue with this app it’s supposed to be helpful for the medical subscribers and there is no access to one’s info of services. Who is responsible for this app??? ### 1/5 — Useless *2020-01-08, version 2.1.1* Most recent update (Feb 8th, 2019) does nothing. All the screens (Home, Benefits, Claims) are blank (just a gray screen) without any info. Worse than previous version which didn’t do much either. January 2020 update: As suggested, tried removing and reinstalling but nothing changed. Problems persist. App is completely useless. **Developer response:** Hello. We are sorry you are experiencing issues with this application and we are looking into it. In the meantime, please try removing the existing application from your device and re-install fresh the Apple store. ### 1/5 — No help *2019-03-14, version 2.0* I just downloaded the app to view my benefits and all I see is the plan type.I can look on my insurance card for this information. I can not view the actual benefits and different copays for services.
