I was trying to report and seek assistance with a home broadband issue - this used to be easy with the 3BB app - but every time you tried to report an issue it defaulted to the app’s Chat Bot which did not work and even if you changed the language to English provided messages in Thai. Eventually managed to get a form to be submitted to its Call Centre but it was entirely geared to a mobile phone fault when the issue was with a 3BB home internet package. Even after shutting down the vpn, the app doesn’t open due to ‘the vpn”. If there is a way to do it, I wouldn’t know because there’s no option to change the language to English. Twice I’ve topped up and my ฿500 just disappeared. I bought the NFL Package but they don’t tell you until you try to access it that their app doesn’t work on iPhones or LG Smart TVs (and they don’t refund - scammers).
