You can never just login and do what you have to do, this was my last straw..
I was given a 4 digit verification code for a field that required 6 digits..
You can’t buy data seamlessly. It’s always a fight. switching to BTC

This app is so useless at times it’s crazy, can’t use it when you’re out of data in other words you’re stranded. Lastly they removed the ALIVFibr billing from the app so it now takes you to the website (I had my account saved in the app) not to mention the app design 😒 sorry I know yall working hard on this app but come on.

I have been unable to purchase a plan for several months.  The circles just keep going around and around. Either very slow or not working at all.

Ok so Aliv run a decent service but sometimes their apps and website are less than helpful. There may well be a good reason you can’t get what you want but the sites are poor at explaining why. 

So thank goodness for “LJ”. A superstar at Aliv. He moves heaven and earth to solve all problems from the simple to the complex. Unbelievably good!

I bought this phone to use in the Bahamas, as my old phone died. Worked fine, but now I am home in Canada, and I cannot get a response by phone or email to my request to unlock it. Disappointed.

This app is the primary way people are expected way to buy plans/manage their phone service. Yet this app makes every single process difficult and clunky from start to finish. 

1) UI is very confusing and poorly designed

2) The process flows lack logic and use unnecessary user flows

3) This app crashes constantly 

4) Payments seem to fail only to go through afterwards 

5) Logging in manually twice is tedious and annoying 

6) The lack of useable data in-app when data is out is odd, seeing as how we need data to buy data. Data should be readily available during this time

7) This app needs facial recognition and fingerprint scan for accessibility.

Please, please, please fix these issues. This is the meat and bones of your service.
