### 2/5 — Missed dose errors

*2026-06-09, version 1.16*

Works great if you never miss your scheduled doses and never miss logging them. Otherwise, once you miss it, it will never track properly and the missed dose always shows at the top as the “next” dose. It also continues from that day forward to remind you daily to take your dose even though you have completed your scheduled doses. Very inconvenient once this happens. This needs an update to fix but it looks like updates are few as the last one was a year ago. Please get this done soon!

### 3/5 — App

*2025-11-30, version 1.16*

I’ve tried to open this app for 6 days and it’s not working. Trying to find out why and how do I fix it.

### 2/5 — Won’t even load

*2025-04-28, version 1.15*

I was really excited to have something to help me track my stuff since I have ADHD and will forget to even do my shots sometimes… I click either the app or the open button in my iPhones App Store and it just won’t load nothing, or from the App Store it just shuts down the App Store… I’m frustrated to say the least…

### 2/5 — My app

*2024-05-23, version 1.12*

My app is no longer working, I used it every single day. Please help!

### 2/5 — No notifications

*2023-12-22, version 1.10*

Hello.

I just downloaded myAllergyPal app with my allergy technician a couple of days ago. I was supposed to receive my first notification for my fourth dose today but no notification came on my phone. I have all notifications settings turned on and set properly both in the app and on my phone’s settings. However, I still have not received any notification for a reminder to take my dose.

### 3/5 — Need help

*2023-04-10, version 1.9*

My app isn’t working for my second vial set I had uninstalled the app and reinstated it and on the providers side they have my next apt on there but can’t update me to be able to log again. I love this app but for some reason now I can’t log doses anymore.

### 2/5 — Can be Dangerous!!

*2022-07-13, version 1.9*

As others have said, when it works, it is great. I also agree that the notifications are not persistent enough.

My primary issue is that the app has started sending notifications to take my injections on days they are not due. This has happened several times and I’ve almost taken my injections when they were not due. This could be extremely dangerous if someone does not catch the error before sticking a needle in their body. IMO this is a bug that needs to be fixed inmediatas it is very dangerous.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work for me

*2021-07-19, version 1.4*

I’ve logged out, deleted the app the new loaded and still can’t log in my doses. I was able to log in 2 doses when I was on Vial 1. I’m now on 3rd dose 3rd vial and nothing

### 1/5 — Badges don’t work

*2021-04-12, version 1.4*

Everything else works fine for me. Great concept and very helpful but you offer badges and damnit I should be getting them! Fix this for 5 stars!

### 1/5 — Horrible App

*2020-02-19, version 1.4*

This app is great when it works but most of the time it’s not working. I can’t even log into my account so I’m back to using a paper log. Thank goodness my allergist gives me one. I sent an email to get help and still haven’t gotten a response. I’ve been trying since February 12th to get access and still nothing!

### 1/5 — Doesn’t log correctly

*2019-12-24, version 1.4*

I took a shot early one day and ever since then it still says next shot of that day. So even though I’m taking my shots on time and logging them in the app it keeps marking it as a missed dose. Thankfully my doctor is aware this app is trash and gave me a paper log to fill out.

### 2/5 — Good when it works

*2019-10-17, version 1.4*

It keeps shutting down. Giving me wrong reminders and won’t log my injections. But when it works it’s very convenient and very informative

### 1/5 — App isn’t working

### 1/5 — Not impressed at all

*2022-07-04, version 1.9*

So far, it’s a no star app. I can’t even download it. Been trying all day and nothing happens. I can download other apps but something is wrong here. Very disappointed!!

### 1/5 — Useless

This app stopped working over 6 months ago, my doctor filled a support ticket and they have yet to correct the issue.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great for allergy shots

*2023-02-06, version 1.9*

I’ve been using this app now for 2 weeks and I definitely think it’s more deserving than the 3.4 stars (at the time of this review) it has on the App Store. First, I love that the nurse was able to input the schedule I chose (every other day) for shots right into the calendar. My next appointment with her is also there, in case I forgot to write it down somewhere. Because my shot schedule is already setup, it eliminates any possibility of a mistake by accidentally doing my shots on a day I’m not supposed to. Logging the shots is easy and I love the added bonus of the countdown clock at the top that tells me for the next 3 hours carry the epi-pen with me, don’t do strenuous exercise for 2 hours, and don’t fall asleep for 3 hours. That’s a good reminder for someone who doesn’t want to do the time math in their head. Lastly, I get the alert at 8:30am (which also transfers to my Apple Watch) to let me know today is the day I need shots. True, the alerts are not persistent and a banner doesn’t pop-up. I’d recommend installing another app to do persistent reminders if that’s something you need. I also like seeing a list of all the allergens I’m allergic to. Also, based on my location, it lets me know what allergens are an issue in my area today. Lastly, my nurse can see when I’ve logged my shots, so that she knows if I’m on top of it or need a reminder. She said sometimes people forget and if they start missing too many, she can email or call them to let them know. Overall, I’m very pleased.

### 5/5 — My allergy pal

*2022-12-09, version 1.9*

I use this with my allergy doctor and it has been great at reminding me when to take my shots when I forget.

### 5/5 — Love this ap

*2022-11-21, version 1.9*

I have been using this app for about two years and love it

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2022-11-16, version 1.9*

So easy to use and is a great way to stay on track with injections

### 5/5 — Much better than before

*2022-11-15, version 1.9*

This app has had its ups and downs, but is definitely on the rise now. It helps with compliance during at home allergy immunotherapy. Never forget to do shots because of the consistent reminders! Seems that all bugs and kinks have been adjusted with the newer, updated version!

### 5/5 — Works great!

*2018-06-22, version 1.1*

Been using this app for over 2 months and never have had any issues. There have been a lot of complaints about this app from others, but everything has worked exactly as expected for me.

### 4/5 — Ehhh

*2023-01-30, version 1.9*

Great app to keep me on track with shot. The only downside, it prompts me to continue the shot even after the expiration date.

### 4/5 — Pretty good app

*2022-11-23, version 1.9*

The concept of the app is great and has really had a lot of bugs worked out in the last couple of years!! Works pretty consistently overall and I like being able to access it on my phone without having to keep up with a sheet of paper. Great way to stay in top of my son’s allergy care. Biggest complaint would be even if a vial expires the app still tells you to take a dose.. I think that adding vial expiration notifications should be a priority. It would be neat to be able to contact my allergy clinic through the app too. Overall I like it pretty well and user friendly!

### 4/5 — Good app but issues

*2021-08-09, version 1.4*

I love using the app to keep up with my injections. My only complaint is the bugs associated with it. It will just randomly quit working. To fix you must delete the app and reinstall. When you do reinstall you have to reenter all the expiration dates again. Also it sends a code via text when you sign in. Most apps will ask if you want to copy the code from the text. This app does not give that option. Otherwise it’s a great app. Also app support is very responsive if you have an issue.

### 4/5 — Good and helpful

*2018-11-15, version 1.1*

I use this app every week to record and monitor everything. Please add support for iPhone X phones!
