Registers on my laptop then tried to open the app using the email and password and got error when I clicked on forgot user name it gave me an unintelligible series of drop down options to verify my identity. It would be helpful if the app could include a field showing the receipt date or receipt number, as this would help non-agents or non-staff users minimise errors.
