Just didn’t work!  Registers on my laptop then tried to  open the app using the email and password and got error  when I clicked on forgot user name it gave me an unintelligible series of drop down options to verify my identity.  Never could figure it out. And not work the effort

Downloaded app on iPhone 15, repeatedly gives me Signin error - spoke with 2 technical support team members then a supervisor, deleted app, reset password 3times by supervisor, FAIL, deleted app, rebooted phone, reinstalled FAILED AGAIN. So frustrated !!!

I have a suggestion for improving the Allianz app. It would be great if users could add their medical/insurance card to their Apple Wallet for even more convenience. This way, instead of having to open the app and search for it, users can easily access it from their Apple Wallet. It would make the hospital check-in process more intuitive and user-friendly, especially since sometimes people are too ill to think…

This is my first time submitting a claim on my own. It would be helpful if the app could include a field showing the receipt date or receipt number, as this would help non-agents or non-staff users minimise errors. Overall, the app is useful, and this small improvement would make the process clearer.
