It’s a huge inconvenience having to go back and forth between the app and my calendar, especially when I have to log in repeatedly. This extra friction makes something simple far more time-consuming than it should be.*** Frustrations are building because the app frequently lags during meetings. It often fails to add future appointments or meetings to the calendar, which makes scheduling difficult. There should be an option to choose a preferred name without being forced to use the “simplified” mode in meetings, especially group meetings, so users don’t have to display their full name. The simplified mode itself also lags badly and often causes the screen to black out. It then never sends me an email to reset it unless I use the website. Then when I finally do reset my email, it tells me that the new password can’t be my old password.
