New update: two weeks in , I am realising how freaking bad the bank support is. I don’t have words, seriously. NEVER EVER USE THIS BANK

Update: after more than a week bank still did not figure out the problem. It been more than a week. Worst experience. I am starting to reconsider my bank choices. It’s inappropriate to have such a bad service

Update: reached to bank through Zangi and they told me i can’t work on my problem calling through zangi and need to call from my registered phone number or with e-mail. The calls to the bank through the phone do not work and through the emails the bank barelly answers. It’s been more than a week I cannot register my business account and honestly I am very thurstrated

Unfortunately bank doesn’t not provide good support, there are no chats in the app to contact about any problem. The are only two ways: call on phone number or through zangi (calling doesn’t work - the calls just get cancelled); or you could write emails but it takes a few days for the bank to answer.

So for example, if ameria bank has problems and you can’t access your account because of that, you have to wait for a few days for the bank just answer your email. I believe this low level of support access os inappropriate neither for personal nor for business accounts and unfortunately I have both of them in this bank

Не могу войти в свой аккаунт в приложении. Решал этот вопрос через банк. Но сейчас приложение висит на экране загрузки. Я не могу пройти аутентификацию, чтобы восстановить доступ к своему счету.

Ameria used to be the best bank in the country, not it is just mediocre. The app is down every week if not every few days, some bugs around commonly used features are not address even after some 2-3 years, and it has become impossible to recommend.

Ameria management and R&D dept need to wake the hell up. Stop shipping junk features and focus on making the core banking experience solid, not the embarrassment it has become in the last couple of years.

Какой-то маркетолог дорвался до пульта и рассылает спам в пуш-уведомлениях о концерте сумасшедшего, называвшего себя Гитлером и отрицающим геноциды, премиум-клиентам. Этот спам нельзя отключить в нарушение пункта 4.5.4 App Review Guidelines. Вы там в своём уме?! Вы банк или рекламное спам-агентство? Мне уже уходить в другой банк или вы прийдёте в себя?

Прекрасно работало все на старом iphone 11 целых 4 года, да бывало что то лагало, но оно медленными но верными шагами развивалось и развивается надеюсь по сей день

Но настал день выкинуть старый айфон и поставить заветное приложение на новый

Здесь начались конечно интересные вещи - надо отвязать от прошлого телефона приложение, думаю ну ладно будет работать только на одном, хотя я уже сбросил телефон, но нужно зайти именно с этого телефона чтобы это сделать, чудо что я его не отдал и не продал

Я все сделал и вроде осталось только залогиниться на моем новеньком телефоне. Но оно просто бесконечно генерировало новый пин код

Я попробовал через неделю и все тоже самое

Я попробовал еще через неделю и теперь пишет что неверный OTP код и неверный PIN хотя такого просто не может быть, я же их только что написал

По итогу такое продолжается уже второй месяц и мысленно похоронилось приложение

В поддержке на почте не отвечают по факту а по телефону тоже сказали попробовать то что я кже попробовал

Грустно, надеюсь кто нибудь из важных людей увидит это и помозет мне, хотелось бы оставаться верным этому банку
