View and Share Your ID Card Forget the days of carrying a hard copy health benefits ID card, now you will have access to your ID card via your mobile device! Both the front and back sides of the ID card are accessible through the app and can be e-mailed to your provider. I know it's a first world problem but as many cards as I have to carry I'm not interested in a Costanza wallet. ### 1/5 — The worst app on my phone *2025-01-02, version 11* They must have one poor over worked and inexperienced engineer that developed this app. Good luck getting anything out of this app. Just use the website. App tricks you into thinking you have the wrong username or password. Will cause you to get locked out of your account after just a few (falsely) failed attempts - not to mention it makes you rest your password (which you can’t do because you are locked out). I would never waste my time with this app if I didn’t have to. Pretty pathetic when they turn their back on their own hospital plan members/employees with this nonsense of a benefit manager.
