It can be so easy in the newborn phase to be so focused on the baby that you forget you just went through a major health event and need to take care of your health as well. 
It helped me remember to schedule my own check up and keep track of my recovery. When I had questions it was a great resource where I knew all the information was coming from real health care professionals. Do yourself a favor and utilize this amazing free app to make sure that you get taken care of too

A great resource for new parents. The healing check in curbed a lot of my anxiety and having easy to find resources saved me hours of frantic googling!

I have always been a flo app girl before having my baby, but when I was introduced to Myana postpartum I found that this is a life saving app for postpartum mothers. There is just about every bit of information you could ever need as a new mother. Anywhere from postpartum healing to baby’s milestones, there are such great features of this app. Every new mother should use this app.
