Haven’t had any issues and is proving reliable. Sometimes the climate react turns the aircons on when we aren’t home but we are still learning to use the settings. Could be human error. So far so good and is proactive and consistent with being useful. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Subscription….seriously? *2026-07-06, version 3.7.33* The app itself is good, no issues. The problem is that most of the interesting functionality comes under the subscription umbrella. That’s pretty absurd to have to pay for a function that is already part of the device purchased. This will definitely count on my decision to recommend or purchase a device from Fujitsu again. ### 1/5 — Disgusting cash grab paywalled basic features *2026-05-08, version 3.7.33* Doesn’t have many basic features, they’re “premium” behind paywall. I payed nearly $1000 for these dongles. if it’s AI powered and has to use credits in a huge data centre then maybe fair but letting an added user add other users? Coil dry? Timed auto off? how dare you charge us for these. so many features should be free and it’s a disgusting cash grab. ### 1/5 — Was working until app deleted *2026-01-26, version 3.7.33* It was working flawlessly until I inadvertently deleted the app and now I can’t sync the dongle. Followed the instructions and still Device Detected hangs for hours and nothing changes. Not happy. ### 1/5 — Great until you change your Wifi *2025-04-30, version 3.7.33* This works great when you first start it from scratch. However, if you change your internet provider you’re in for a whole lot of grief trying to get it the device to link. The instructions that have a picture of your aircon remote control don’t have my remote. So I can’t use that feature. I’ve also tried the to take out the device and plug in and use my phone to scan the bar code. This is the 2nd time I changed internet providers and I did manage to get it going last time. But it took a lot of fiddling about with deleting to app, reinstall etc. I don’t remember how I got it working but right now I’m still trying searching for the device after I have scanned it. So stupid for an air conditioning app! ### 1/5 — Not Recommended *2025-01-16, version 3.7.33* Extremely unreliable ### 1/5 — “Coil-Dry” *2025-01-06, version 3.7.33* The app is experiencing issues with the “Coil-Dry” feature, which is an essential feature to prevent mould growth and which the app developers acknowledged having issues via email. However, no compensation was offered. I will have to contact my bank to lodge a refund dispute. ### 1/5 — Climate React *2024-03-24* I’m not paying to sync climate react with the power. Can’t believe how many times I’ve come home from work with the aircon blasting cold air for nothing. What a waste of power and money. ### 2/5 — Piracy in Action *2026-01-07, version 3.7.33* I have been using this app for some time and have enjoyed many features that, with the latest upgrade, are only available with a paid subscription. Coil-dry is such an example. This “upgrade” happened without any notification or message. Couldn’t get the regular myanyAIR to connect, this app way better.
