I’m glad I did in my first day I got $12 in a few hours and was able to cash that out after I verified myself with a ID, which is standard most apps do this. But before I did that it did show the last bit of my progress so I was nervous but as soon as I verified it was instantly there. So I wrote a letter asking for my money and they had the nerve to accuse me of having fraudulent activity without asking for my proof first of paying for everything and said I had multiple accounts which I only had ONE ACCOUNT!!!! I am so angry that I wasted so much time and money to get the help I needed on bills from this pointless thief of an app!!! You are cowards and I hope this app gets trashed the way you trashed me in the letter you wrote me just so you didn’t have to pay me. You make me sick. I feel like this app wasted my time and energy due to me downloading games and earning almost $13.00, so I decided to do the verification process step by step after taking a picture of my ID card front and back along with a selfie of myself after I submitted that it suspended my account right after that with no explanation! Can someone reach back out to me at least to help clarify and resolve this issue? Because I feel like that wasn’t fair at all especially since I’ve been a loyal user! I find it inconvenient and ironic it gets suspended as soon as I want to verify my identity with the app to get my rewards deposited.
