## What is MyApply Employer?

As an employer with jobs to fill, you want as many candidates as possible, so remove all the barriers to interested people expressing interest with MyApply!

What's the easiest way for someone to talk to your business about a job?  Come inside? No!  Call us on the phone?  Nope!  Click a link and/or go to our website and fill in a bunch of stuff?  No Way!

Send a text message?  YES!  Texts are super simple and the easiest and fastest way for a job candidate to talk to you!

But don't give out your personal cell number!  MyApply assigns you your own unique number(s) (regular and short codes available nationwide!) and you and/or your entire team can be included in one or many based on keywords and/or number(s) assigned by YOU.

When an interested job candidate texts the number, our app will send you a notification alerting you that "you have a live one!" and you can watch as the candidate interacts with our chatbot (which YOU fully control what it asks, how it asks it, if the question(s) are "gate" questions (ie if the candidate answer isn't good enough, you can end the session or other things), and send links to your online application/job postings/etc... whatever YOU want!

While following along, or at a later time, you can "hop in" to the message flow and interact directly with the candidate.  You and your entire team can as well!
