Worst App I’ve ever had! When trying to login always says can’t connect to the server! Contacted customer support & they promised to look into it. That was 3 weeks ago. Sent another E-mail & zero response! But that’s typical for American customer service. It’s either overseas or bunch or worthless people in states that don’t want to do their job! Guess I’ll keep using the online logging at least that works. Don’t waste your time with this app!

Everything that I need to do can’t be done from the app.  You can’t check drug costs, etc.  I’m not really sure what the point of this app is.

Aside from the fact it takes forever to gain log in access, the app itself is extremely buggy and hard to navigate. Nearly impossible to search for categories like “pediatric dentistry” as the app will show everything not related to what you’re searching. You can’t even see your health plan details on here

App still sends you to Cigna when searching providers instead of United Healthcare. Have to use the website to get the United Healthcare preferred providers.

Seems like it might be good app, but it won’t let me log in using the same user name and password I created on the new website.  I’ll keep trying or maybe just use the web site.

Update:
I guess it takes some time for the login info to become available to the app. I tried 8 hours later and it worked. The only problem now is everything I open says data not available.

This app could be so good if all the functions worked. The plan limits and benefit limits have shown the message “data not available at this time” for as long as I’ve had the app. It would be really useful to know how much of my deductibles have been met. Hiding something, perhaps?

When looking for costs and providers app sends you to Cigna site. Still shows Prisma as preferred provider. United Healthcare and prisma failed to negotiate contract. Information is incorrect and misleading.
