Can’t upload photos. App keeps crashing and shutting down.

Make sure the app is updated to the latest version.
Try clearing the app cache in your device settings.
Restart your device and try uploading photos again.

No idea how or where to find the code to register. Downloaded it then immediately uninstalled because of it. 😢

**Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback. Lindapp indeed needs a code from your doctor/surgeon/aesthetician in order to use it, so you should ask him/her about it. How did you end up downloading it ? If you want access and you don't have a surgeon, do not hesitate to contact us through the means of our website, and we would gladly provide you with a test run.

How am I supposed to know a surgeons code? 
I can’t even proceed with registration without it.

**Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback! Please check out the newest version of Lindapp, it's now possible to create an account without a surgeon code.

Saw reviews that said you had to have a code to use, but developer said it was no longer needed. Not really true. There was a way to get the developer to give you a code after you send them all your contact info including a phone number. No thanks.
