Every time I clicked to verify my safety image, the ad to invest in some nonsense keep popping up. No matter how many times I clicked on the verification bar. Just that for withdrawals, it takes a few days to receive. I guess it’s for transfer security reason. ### 1/5 — Failed transaction due to app failure *2026-04-23, version 2.8.2* I've faced this issue a couple of times already whereby i've approved of transaction from my banking app but the transaction failed due to issues on ASNB app. End up my money is floating and I don't know when i will be refunded. When i called CS he told me "we are facing some issues on the app". When i asked why not inform of this issue in the app he had the audacity to tell me that "oh we just recently faced this issue". Lo and behold, when i called the bank, they told me they have received the same calls a few times already before me. What BS from the CS. The process is taking far longer than expected, which is quite frustrating. Especially the introduction of Custom Profile for RIA, possible game changer for experienced investors. But, after the update, completing the risk investor profile is no longer doable, the page will just froze the moment you’ve completed the survey.
