### 2/5 — Incomplete

*2026-07-08, version 11.5.2*

I should be able to view any images taken, not just the report. It is also unimportant to have a nickname for the review when it is very difficult to find a nickname that has not already been taken. Dinbettet.

### 3/5 — My Aspirus needs updates

*2026-06-27, version 11.5.2*

I count on the app for all my test results and appointment info. This app is not as friendly as the SLH version but has the right parts. I count on it.

The biggest issue I have come across is items coming up on the
Opening page from last year that seem to be looking for answers or acknowledgment of some kind. How do I put them to bed.

Secondly my primary care physician has retired. Who do I or how do I contact someone to help me research a new provider. I want a MD. Not a PA etc. does the app have an option

Most annoying issue:
I want to print out a simple list of meds. Not a bibliography that runs 4 pages. Just the med name and dosage.
Everyone wants one. I have to retype my own for dentist's specialty Drs etc

### 2/5 — Difficult to navigate

*2026-05-28, version 11.5.2*

I’m attempting to schedule a visit with my PCP regarding a symptom. When the system queries about the symptom it offers three options and then requires a yes or no answer. Then it advised me that an appointment cannot be scheduled and that I should call a phone number. The app does not seem very efficacious…

### 3/5 — Stacy

*2026-04-11, version 11.5.2*

Up coming appointments need to be accessible sooner. Have several in a month and can’t find them or bring them up. Better time frame for people to adjust their work schedule.!

### 2/5 — Hard

*2026-03-23, version 11.5.2*

This app is confusing and hard to navigate easily. Always have trouble logging in. Frustrated w see things I need to complete that I didn’t know about! I rather be contacted by phone.

### 3/5 — Disappearing letters

*2026-02-17, version 11.5.2*

I open the letter and read it and then it disappears and i cant go back to read it again. Frustrating

### 4/5 — Scheduled appointments

*2026-01-07, version 11.5.2*

Wish it was much easier to find upcoming appointments?

### 2/5 — Education doesn’t load

*2025-12-16, version 11.5.2*

The education modules do not load and they don’t give you the option to report this just did you understand or do you have questions. How do I know if I cannot read the modules if they are empty and do not do anything. There should also be a part to report inaccuracy in your medical history and other issues. This app could be so much more but it lacks in every thing. You can’t see who your previous caregivers were only who’s now if you’re in the hospital. Then there is nowhere to make partial payments.
You can’t even update medications and allergies on here. You can’t request a different doctor or anything.

### 3/5 — Hard to find the information you are looking for

*2025-12-07, version 11.5.2*

It’s very difficult to navigate. Finding that you have an appointment is easy, finding the time of the appointment and when they want you to check is in extremely difficult

### 2/5 — No meds

*2025-12-07, version 11.5.2*

You can’t get your prescription filled. Only Dr approval. That sucks!

### 2/5 — You have stressed me so much over the insurance and I probably have to find all new doctors

*2025-12-03, version 11.5.2*

I have blue cross and I had it the whole 18 years I worked for St Luke’s
Now I will most likely have to go to Essentia and change all my providers

### 3/5 — Appointment

*2025-11-23, version 11.5.2*

I felt on Nov 20th Dr Lewis was in a big rush to leave my visit. She would not listen to my concerns

### 1/5 — Probably the worst app I've ever used

*2025-11-10, version 11.5.2*

Constant issues with the app. Should have just switched doctors to not have to deal with this. For about 6 months, all my refill requests were just going into the void. If your doctor uses this app, open WebMD and buy some essential oils. They will be much more helpful.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Med refills don’t work!

*2026-08-06, version 11.5.2*

The app itself works fine, but request requesting medication refills for the Pharmacy does not! Very frustrating!

### 1/5 — Redundancy

*2026-08-03, version 11.5.2*

Quit making double work!

### 1/5 — Review

*2026-07-14, version 11.5.2*

I do not think communication with an AI-agent is customer or patient service.

### 1/5 — Messaging the Dr’s not user friendly

*2026-07-12, version 11.5.2*

The new set up is not user friendly and a person does not know if the other got the message. You find out when you’re at Sam’s trying to pick up the prescription! And know it can not be called in it must be sent by the Dr

### 1/5 — Me

*2026-06-25, version 11.5.2*

Wait wait and get charged

### 1/5 — Payment

*2026-05-28, version 11.5.2*

Unable to process payment

### 1/5 — Not enjoying MyAspirus

*2026-05-18, version 11.5.2*

You ask if I enjoy using MyAspirus ! Well the answer is an always will be NO ! What happened to the days when you call your doctor and the same girl that actually knows who you are answers the phone ? You can get a message to your doctor without sitting in the phone listening to a computer voice asking questions without any human contact for 25 minutes before someone else that doesn’t know you finally picks up the phone! I’m not into all the nonsense!!! This world is going to no human contact and it’s going to be its downfall!

### 1/5 — Horrible system

*2026-05-11, version 11.5.2*

Constantly have to change my password even though the system supposedly has Face ID.

### 1/5 — Billing notices

*2026-04-20, version 11.5.2*

Why am I getting repetitive billing notices when the insurance coverages have not been finalized. It would not be productive to pay this bill only to request a refund when the insurance and Medicare cover their portion of the bill. I’m almost feeling harassed.

### 1/5 — App is poor

*2026-04-02, version 11.5.2*

It’s almost impossible to send a message to a Dr or schedule an appointment in advance so I’m just going to forget about this poorly planned app and go back to calling for appointments

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Easy communication portal

*2026-08-14, version 11.5.2*

This portal is easy to communicate with the medical team that is supporting my health journey. Lab results, upcoming appointments, prescription inquiries, and follow up communication have been effectively utilized on this portal.

### 5/5 — I LOVE this app!

*2026-06-28, version 11.5.2*

Thank you for giving patients the ability to access their records through this app. I appreciate it and all of the Aspirus St. Luke’s staff.

### 5/5 — Messages

*2026-06-11, version 11.5.2*

Be nice if it worked. Message part doesn’t work. Thanks

### 5/5 — Mrs. Newman

*2026-06-09, version 11.5.2*

I really like the MyAspirus App. You can look at when your appointments are and what they are all about. You can look at treatments you’ve had (history) and compare blood work numbers! Great App

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2026-01-29, version 11.5.2*

This Portal is a nice one. It took a little bit to find the best way to navigate but once I figured that out, it is easy to run.
