I booked an appointment today , opting to deliver medicine , after the appointment is made . After consultation , the appointment itself is not listed . Pharmacy has not received the prescription. But I got all the sms . This is what happens when you are fixated on look and feel and not the functionality of the app ### 1/5 — Worst Online Application *2025-11-29, version 2.5.4* I went to doctor with online booking appointment, everything went smooth until I received the prescription and the message says it sent to the same pharmacy. So I went home and wait for my medicine to be delivered, which I choose to be home delivery since I book the appointment. Them after waiting 4 hours there’s nothing. I called them and they gave another phone number, then I called again and they said I need to give the prescription paper to them to be able to deliver the medicine. So what’s the point book for home delivery if I need to give it to them the paper? They are changing confirm order by their own will and nit even asking to customer more over if we order they need money right away but in refund they need 7 working days just ridiculous. From now I am deleting the app and their staff is always giving the excuses not the solutions If you don’t have item why its listed on your app and why you are confirming the order for that item. When they receive payment then done they are never give your order to you. At the end, They always give trauma not services and even despite all complaints they are not improving. ### 1/5 — So far so bad *2025-10-25, version 2.4.7* The app doesn’t has the basic functionalities and it’s more like a web market than hospital app My records can’t be found anywhere in the app but I have to ask the hospital reception to print it out This what happens you have so much money but you still an idiot when investing it into your main stakeholder experience ### 1/5 — Never placed online order, they are misleading and poor service *2025-10-23, version 2.4.7* I placed an online order that clearly showed delivery within 1 hour, but after completing the payment and getting the confirmation, the status suddenly changed to standard delivery (1–2 days). This is completely misleading. When I contacted customer support, the representatives gave lame excuses like “we’ve noted your concern” and “it’s a third-party delivery, we have no access.” They didn’t even share the delivery boy’s contact number, making it impossible to get updates. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, especially when it involves health-related products. It seems the company doesn’t care about customer satisfaction or patient needs. If this continues, their online platform won’t last long. ### 3/5 — Still no appointments *2025-10-17, version 2.4.7* Bit surprising to have an „booking of an vaccination appointment“ but there is no real day and time to choose. I arrived on doctor’s availability timing which was mention 8am to 10 pm but there were no doctors available and no clear communication . This caused a lot of inconvenience and wasted time. I was having eyes irritation and bleeding from nose at that time it was emergency, then I visited to aster pharmacy, they says without doctor they can’t give any prescription. I hope the clinic improves its scheduling and ensures doctors are available as per confirmed appointed timing. ### 1/5 — Refund not received after multiple follow ups *2026-03-31* Made Home physio appointment through app, App shown some error but the amount got deducted 1075aed, contact customer care multiple times and send mail, they said it takes two weeks but even after two working weeks not refunded the amount, upon checking after two weeks they said it is refunded but not received any refund. There is no way to contact them, even customer care very poor response, they randomly connect to different department and no proper response. Nobody contacted me till now. It is not a small amount. Please email your order details to care@myaster.com , and our team will review the case and do their best to resolve it promptly. ### 1/5 — Poor delivery service *2026-02-13* placed an order for a vitamin supplement this morning through the myAster app. At checkout, it clearly showed a 30-minute delivery time. However, it has now been almost 12 hours and the order still hasn’t been delivered. Very disappointing experience and misleading delivery commitment. I was only able to obtain one, and the remaining two boxes were requested to be picked up on January 25. Despite having paid for the entire purchase, I have yet to receive the remaining two boxes. I've phoned multiple times and get the same response. We'll check and give you a call back, but sadly, there has been no response. This is actually frustrating ### 1/5 — All the Records Missing! *2026-01-09* I wish I can give this app and company’s customer service a negative star. I have been a customer of Aster clinic and did quite a few test in the last one year. Since all the test reports would come in app, that was the only mean to refer to any reports but now it has been lost and I couldn’t get it to show it to any other doctor. I have complained several times and they keep saying that they are updating user interface. So in case there is an emergency, and the doctor needs my previous reports then is how am I supposed to give? This puts my health in danger since I wouldn’t be able to provide my previous health history. ### 1/5 — Very bad experience *2026-01-08* Very bad experience and totally unacceptable service. I ordered Aptamil baby milk powder and it was supposed to deliver the same day. I got a message that the item is packed and out for delivery by 9:30 am and whenever I tried to track my order, it was showing the same message. I waited the whole day, but didn’t got the delivery. When I contacted the customer support, they informed me that the item was a short expiry one thats why they put it on hold. Why they are putting short expiry items in the cart and why they are packing it without checking the expiry date? Uninstalling the app and I will never use MyAster app again. Not recommendable ### 1/5 — Big security flaw *2025-12-31* If you change your mobile number at the clinic, it will not reflect with your emirates ID in the app. That ID will still be linked to your old number which is now owned by somebody else. This means that the other owner can see your old reports, records and emirates ID details while you cannot login to that due to OTP system! Also, upon login, the app sends a password reset email which you will never receive! Support only keeps forwarding complaints to the technical team. Please hire better developers. App is focused on design instead of functionality. To anyone reading this, you can see from the other reviews that in-person is still the best way to deal with their services. ### 1/5 — Poor delivery service *2025-12-27* App is really good , but the service is really bad. They will not deliver the things at the right time. I have ordered yesterday morning itself and it was showing and shows that it will delivered by today morning so I paid and confirmed the order. Till now nobody called me and when I chat with support team (very slow service) they are telling it will be deliver tomorrow only. These are the things which I have to take it to my home country. Is this the way aster like company who have chain of pharmacy and hospitals should do!? ### 1/5 — Bad experience *2025-11-29, version 2.5.4* its fake the order didnt come in 90 minutes, after waiting a long 4 hours just for the rider to reach to my door bell and tell me he forgot my order at the pharmacy and i was patient i forgave him he told me he'd send the order 12 pm next day.
