Android users can get a link which I used so that I can least find the name this silly app. When you load the app you are forced to verify you phone number and then to pay with a credit card registered to you after you manually insert your information. It’s extremely time consuming for somebody doing for first time and since I didn’t have my actual credits card on me I couldn’t pay. This is completely unnecessary when there are various automated payment methods like Apple Pay or PayPal. ### 1/5 — Did not load, couldn’t pay to park *2024-07-02, version 2.7.5* I downloaded this app after seeing street signs saying it’s required to pay for parking in Athens but I couldn’t use it at all since it simply wouldn’t load. After opening, the app loading wheel just kept spinning until it errored out. Ξαφνικά ο λογαριασμός και τον υπόλοιπο εξαφανίστηκαν. Έπρεπε να κάνω καινούργιο λογαριασμό και μου πήρε 45 λεπτά, γιατί δε δούλευε τίποτα. Τα APIs για επικοινωνία είναι απαράδεκτα, τα μηνύματα για επιβεβαίωση κινητού δεν ερχόντουσαν. Για να βάλω κάρτα πήρε κάμποσες προσπάθειες γιατί έβγαζε λάθος. Απαράδεκτη εφαρμογή. ### 1/5 — Can’t add a card to fill up with money. *2025-06-05, version 2.7.5* I was visiting a hospital in the center of Athens and parked in a dedicated area, tried many times to fill the app so I could pay for the parking but it didn’t let me. There was a message that the bank couldn’t add more cards in the app for the moment. So after trying multiple times to add funds I ended taking a ticket. Your system is not working as intended. I parked in a payed spot after searching for 25 minutes and I was in a rush for a medical exam. I downloaded the app, inserted all the information about the street and the license plate and then I got asked to “top up” my wallet and insert a card as I payment method. After filling a form with personal info I pressed submit and I got an error text saying I should try again later. This happened five times after trying to close the app and trying again. I had to search for parking again or I would risk getting a ticket. Very unreliable and one would expect an app that actually works when it’s sponsored by the municipality of Athens. Simply performs its function and save your time.
