Je l’installe, je me connecte puis j’ai une page « Quelques choses cloche, il n’y a actuellement pas de profil d’usager de la voiture… » j’ai même changé de compte mais toujours pareil. Impossible de joindre noreply@atlante.énergy

Malgré le prix, certaines bornes, ne dépassent pas 100 kilowattheure

Was für eine traurige App. Hängt immer bei der zahlungsmitteleingabe. Habe Kreditkarte schon 3 mal verifiziert.  Mann bringt eure App in Ordnung. Wir sind in 2026. Zahlung an den Säulen nicht möglich. Weil Kredit Karten Leser nicht konfiguriert. Kein Hinweis irgendwo, das die Säulen nicht betriebs sind.  Ruches armutszeug von einem CPO bin echt sauer auf euch. Unzuverlässig. Bin dann zu McDonald’s da geht’s wenigstens. Anfänger!!!

Les bornes sont bien charge rapide mais par contre, le soft d’utilisation et la méthode faut vraiment revoir le truc…. Une fois sur la borne, aucune indication entre les 2 différents câbles de recharge, beaucoup d’erreur de logiciel qui oblige à recommence…. J’ai envoyée des messages pour énuméré les problèmes sur l’application mais rien…. Donc je ne sais pas si je vais encore les utiliser..

Très déçu , la borne ne fonctionnait pas , j'ai dû appeler le service client , un 08 
Service client efficace .
Mais l'a charge s'est arrêté 3 fois 
Si je ne recevais pas de notification elle aurait jamais chargé

L’application est globalement bien conçue et facile à utiliser, mais le système de paiement est une véritable catastrophe.

Une préautorisation de 49 € est demandée à chaque recharge, ce qui est déjà excessif. Mais le pire, c’est que cette somme reste bloquée pendant plusieurs jours. Résultat : lorsqu’on enchaîne plusieurs recharges dans la journée, une grande partie de notre argent se retrouve immobilisée, ce qui peut rapidement devenir problématique.

À 0,29 €/kWh, 49 € correspondent à plus de 160 kWh, ce qui dépasse largement la capacité de la majorité des véhicules électriques actuels. Une préautorisation de 20 à 25 € serait largement suffisante.

À titre de comparaison, d’autres opérateurs comme Tesla ou Electra appliquent des préautorisations plus raisonnables (environ 25 € à 34 €), et surtout celles-ci sont libérées immédiatement après la recharge. Chez vous, elles restent en attente plusieurs jours, ce qui est incompréhensible et pénalisant pour les utilisateurs.

Merci de revoir ce système de paiement qui gâche clairement l’expérience utilisateur.

J’attends avec impatience une station proche du Puy en Velay. Je passe souvent par la bas, et j’ai vu qques champs de panneaux photovoltaïques… mais pas de bornes de recharge aux environs.
