### 3/5 — Convenient but Buggy

*2026-06-27, version 11.7.2*

I have enjoyed this app for a couple of years without any issues. Recently, I have not been able to pay through their built in billing system and I am a paperless billing user. I have tried for a couple months to pay via the app without success even reaching out to the Billing team via the app. I was directed to try again and then call a number. I just want to give them my money and it’s not easy anymore.

### 2/5 — Can’t sign up

*2026-02-19, version 11.5.3*

Just downloaded the app and have tried to sign up multiple times. Either get a blank page saying Sign-Up at the top, or get a repeated “error” in my data that I’ve entered. As far as I can determine, all the data is correct.

### 2/5 — Glitches

*2025-12-06, version 11.3.2*

Would be awesome if it didn’t glitch all the time. RN I am not able to login because it needs to be updated, BUT IT’S ALREADY UPDATED?!?! Come on guys… get it together.

### 2/5 — New Doctor Search Doesn’t Work

*2025-10-27, version 11.3.2*

When trying to use the new doctor search option it never loads.

### 2/5 — UI is absolutely atrocious

*2025-10-15, version 11.3.2*

Needs a modern revamp, looks like this was made in 2013 and hasn’t changed since. Functional enough to get what you need but not a gold experience

### 3/5 — FaceID placebo

*2025-09-29, version 11.3.2*

Not sure what the point of implementing FaceID is if I’m still going to have to put in my password every time.

### 2/5 — Worst app ever!!!

*2025-08-13, version 11.3.2*

The app is constantly unable to load and kicks you off as a result. No matter how strong your WiFi or service is, the app is unpredictable. Often logging you out as a result.

### 1/5 — 2am alerts

*2025-08-03, version 11.3.2*

Despite settings directing otherwise the app started sending me useless and inappropriate audio alerts at 2am. I no longer allow it to give any notifications.

### 4/5 — Cover page is so annoying

*2025-07-25, version 11.3.2*

Please provide an option to remove the new cover page that pops up before being able to log in. This is so annoying to close it out every time before you’re able to log into the app.

### 1/5 — App signs me out

*2025-05-22, version 11.3.2*

The app signs me out, and I have to prove my identity before I can see when my appointment is. It’s stupid and paranoid.

### 1/5 — Hate new update

*2025-05-08, version 11.3.2*

I don’t know why they would make it so you can’t loggin to your page with Face ID. Now you have to tap loggin and then it asks if you want to use Face ID. Too many steps unlike before you just went directly to your info with Face ID.

### 2/5 — Won’t Send Pictures

*2025-03-26, version 4.8.2*

The app had been fine for me except for the fact that I can’t send my doctor attachments (photos) or files. Every time it says I suddenly have a “network issue” when I try to upload images but everything else sends and loads fine so it’s obviously a bug they need to fix. Please fix the bug, that is why I am leaving this review lol

### 2/5 — No user friendly

*2025-03-20, version 4.8.2*

Really bad app , not user friendly

### 1/5 — Crashes

*2025-02-21, version 4.8.1*

This app crashes as soon as I log in. It immediately just shutdown so I can’t even use it

### 2/5 — Glitchy

*2025-01-19, version 4.8.1*

The app is constantly glitchy. I think 50% of the time that I try to log in I get repeated error messages. The content in the app is not very well organized and it is difficult to access my information.

### 1/5 — Ridiculous

*2024-12-30, version 4.8.1*

The most ridiculous questions I’ve ever seen just flat out none of your business. App doesn’t work very well at all.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Charged for a free app

*2026-06-21, version 11.7.2*

Was charged $10.69 when I downloaded the app even though there’s no mention of payment required, absolutely ridiculous

### 1/5 — Changes are tough.foe77 years old

*2026-04-05, version 11.7.2*

I’m not able to get into My Atrium at all . I have tried and even couldn’t it when the person tried to fix my problem which all started when I changed my email and phone number so. I give up

### 1/5 — Broken and outdated

*2026-03-14, version 11.5.3*

Terrible and not updated. Cannot add a new payment method on the app.

### 1/5 — Terrible app and health record

*2026-02-04, version 11.5.3*

Speaking as both an Atrium patient and physician, app is terrible, but not at all unexpected as it is built off the Epic electronic health record platform. App doesn’t list all the providers that you see, so you can’t message them. Support won’t add them so you can, even if is clear as day in the record that you are seeing that provider on a regular basis. Don’t even bother trying to schedule an appointment though the app. Provider availability is never accurate. For example, I recently tried to get a sick visit for my daughter and the app said there are no pediatricians system wide that have any openings for months, which was obviously wrong. Recommend calling your clinic directly to get correct, coherent information. Epic is good at collecting revenue from patients and tracking staff’s behaviors when using the health record (in a very Big Brother like manner). Meanwhile it is terrible for patient care, leads to a plethora of medical errors and most non-administrative staff, which is over 90% of Atrium, hate it. Unfortunately nothing will change until we kill someone due to these medical errors and/or the media gets wind of things and makes a fuss.

1/2026 update: App continues to do a good job of bugging me about giving Atrium money, but remains nonfunctional more than half the time. Tonight it says Atrium has zero appointments for my child at any of their dozens of clinics at any point in the future. Obviously that is not correct. Quite frustrating to have to waste time trying to use the app, only to give up and instead calling their appt line to get accurate info. If you send a message to support through the app you get a canned response that the app support mailbox is not for support of the app and your request cannot be processed.

2/4/26: I appreciate the developer’s response, but unfortunately there’s nothing actionable from it. Assuming “proxy subject” translates into English as “patient,” I have selected the correct patient on the app. Concerning the suggestion of contacting support, as I already mentioned, I’ve done that repeatedly and they are never able to assist.

### 1/5 — Absolutely awful

*2026-01-26, version 11.5.3*

Just had to click my screen 200 times to change my password since I had to go back month by month to 2006, what genius thought of this system?

### 1/5 — Is the app dumb?

*2026-01-19, version 11.5.3*

I try to create an account, but it says to correct the errors, but highlights no errors. There are no errors. Bad UI/UX.

### 1/5 — Frustrated patient

*2025-12-02, version 11.3.2*

This app is lousy. No way can I log in.
