I have called for what I felt were emergencies and was told someone would get back to me and didn’t get a call or message for 3-4 days. I really like my doctor, which is the only reason I have stayed here, but I’m disappointed with lots of other things. I mentioned at a check up that I was worried about my baby and now have a diagnosis of anxiety and depression in my file. I didn’t say anything like that, but now it’s in my file forever apparently. Ask questions to make sure all tests needed are ordered. Scheduling is difficult: Scheduler is not available to talk to so notes are left for them. Not having medical background or training, while information stated my be helpful to other physicians, it provides me with little or no useful information on which to base further action. A brief summary in commonly understood layman terms would be most beneficial.
